Book It Live offers a free 30-day trial on all new accounts

Book It Live billing is completed month to month. Once payment has been made for the current billing cycle, this amount is non-refundable. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that.

Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us to let us know. Your account will be suspended at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you have made payment on the 20th of the month, and you cancel on the 28th, your account will still be enabled until the 20th of the next month. You will receive an email with this information if you cancel your account.

Account Data

If you decide to cancel your account, all data from your account is removed. No booking data from your Book It Live account will be kept.
